Joensuu City Orchestra

The Joensuu City Orchestra is an energetic, diverse symphony orchestra with 35 members. The orchestra performs around eighty performances annually, about a third of which are symphony concerts. In addition, they perform church, chamber and popular music, as well as music for children and young people, including rock. The artistic director and chief conductor of the Joensuu City Orchestra is Jukka Untamala.

The orchestra will perform in the final concert of the trombone competition during the Lieksa Brass Week.
